I don’t believe you can legally do this. Some software companies allow license transfers, but many (like Unity) do not. I found this on the Autodesk German site which might give you some info:

Autodesk licenses are non transferable, so your not going to find any legal used/old copies.
You cannot sell your own (complete, present) license either.
It can only be sold if: a) the original owner dies (seriously),
or b) it is owned by a company and they go out of business.
At least that is how it was a few years ago.
