Serial support

I don’t know where else to post this as contacting your sales team was not able to solve my problem. I took advantage of the android giveaway, which assigned me a new serial even though I am a current unity pro and iOS pro license holder. When I entered that serial in my copy of unity, it deleted my pro and iOS install and now I have only basic and android basic.

Please help me find a solution so I can again use all the features that I paid for. Thanks

Sales couldn’t solve the problem or did they not respond?

They said they would combine serials if I upgraded everything to the next version for a mere $3500
