Server side Highscore issues with "Connection refused"

Hi,

I’ve been trying for over 4 hours to get this to work by following tutorials and reading on other who’s had the same issues (but a few years ago). So now I think I’ve almost reached the finish line.

And now when I start I get this error:

Have anyone solved this recently and can point me in the right direction?

Nobody can solve an error without some code or some context, can you explain better where you get the issues?
