To be honest, I was not sure about a reasonable price. Since the most assets are 3D stuff, it is hard to compare prices.
But it is mainly made for the indie community. So I did not want to make it to expensive.

Why don’t put them in the Asset Store? Or am I just blind and can see them there?

No, you are not blind :slight_smile: I simply don’t want sell my stuff through a store who takes a 30% cut of the earnings and where I have to wait months to get paid.
However, the pack is officially not available at the moment, because I working on a more professional solution to sell my stuff. But if you are interested in purchasing, you can drop me a PM.

I gotta say, this is impressive, and highly useful (and I don’t normally like the idea of stock art assets), but even I see the benefit this time. :slight_smile:

I see the point in your argument, but the Asset Store has some major advantages too, at least for the purchasers (“added value” ^^) as

  • not having to store them somewhere and updating manually
  • after a purchase you can download it an unlimited amount of time for an unlimited period of time (at least I hope that the last one is true, as this is normal practice with this kind of stores, like Android Market)
  • you have your resources/purchases centralized at one place hence not having to gather them from many different places

Actually you should consider putting them in both, the Asset Store as well as using your own solution and selling the ones in the Asset Store for 9$ and yours for 6$, your part of the share would still remain same, while at the same time having a bigger exposure. To be honest I rarely look at the forums for assets being offered and mostly look inside the Asset Store and I think many others do it like this too. So this people won’t be able to see that art package

Good points. But even if I willing to sell these ones through the Assets Store, I’m not sure whether this is possible or not. Seems only for 3D models and common textures. Otherwise I would consider it after your advice.
