After install localization package
Locale Game View Menu option is default true

than every coworker show menu and hide screen

Of course, it can be turned off in Preferences, but we have to inform everyone every time.
If there were an option in Project Settings, we could share the disabled state, but that is not possible.

Thanks for the suggestion. Ill see if we can make this a project setting in the future.
