Setting the default Transform.position of "Create Empty"

Hi everyone,

I have noticed that when creating a new empty GameObject, the default transform.position seems to be always (0,-0.5,0).

I checked the “Project Settings”, however I couldn’t find where to set the default transform.
When creating an empty Object, I would like it to be always (0,0,0).

Any solution on this. I likewise would like all new Empty GameObjects to have the transform reset to the origin. Even a callback that I can set it would be advantageous. Really messing up our workflow.
