Setting up the GEAR VR for galaxy S6 with unity Free

Help make a Tutorial for us noobs!

Getting only a black screen after it says attach to gear VR.
Removed the OVR cam and replaced with a Main cam and can view the scene through one camera on unity version (4.6.6f2) only. Tried the other two versions of unity and they do not work at all with a main camera replacement simply a black screen.

currently have:
JAVA SDK installed = jdk-8u45-windows-x64
android SDK installed = android-studio-bundle-141.1980579-windows
samsung Driver = SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones_v1.5.45.0
oculus mobile SDK installed = ovr_mobile_sdk_0.6.0.1
oculus runitime SDK installed = oculus_runtime_sdk_0.6.0.0_win

installed Unity Free = Versions - (4.6.6f2), (5.1.0p1) & (5.1.1f1)
