Shader error in "Particles/Standard Surface": internal error communicating with the shader compiler process

Hello All,

without knowing the time of occurrence or even the cause, I currently get the following error message when building the game:

Shader error in "Particles/Standard Surface": internal error communicating with the shader compiler process.
(it is a build-in-Shader)

As a result, when playing the built project, the loading screen hangs/stays when changing scenes.

A level change (also with loading screen) in the editor works fine and without error messages.

Can someone help me with this?
