Shader errors in Unity HDRP

Hello, I have errors in Unity HDRP project, when building the game it gets errors and normally builds and runs but when you turn the game on anyway it looks like it has a stability problem.

Unity: Unity 2022.2.0f1
API: Vulkan

Use an LTS version.

Even if you fix this one error, you will have other issues no doubt. Unity 2022.2 does not get all fixes backported - that is what the LTS (2022.3.x) is for.
