Shader Graph - after update to unity 2020.1.1f 1 shaders don't work properly

After updating project to 2020.1.1f 1 I found that some assets with custom made shaders in shader graph which were working properly before aren’t now. I didnt get any errors, shader graphs shows shaders correctly on preview but in editor they were stretched out, moved away or invisible.
Did anyone encounter similar problem? Any suggestions for fix?
