Shader Graph UV nodes output incorrect values on Android(Vulken)

it was outputting the uv0.

It looks normal in editor like this:

But exporting to my android phone becomes like this:

We’re using
Unity 6000.0.2f1
Universal RP 17.0.3
Shader Graph 17.0.3
Graphics API is Vulken,and this problem only appear on vulken.

I am having the exact same problem Unity 6 (6000.0.5f1)
