I did a very simple moving Shader Graph Material. It is working completly fine while in the Shader Graph editor. But once i assign it to a line effect in a Scene it is lagging alot. However It is not lagging while i hold middle mouse button. Anyone any idea what could cause this?
Hey. Make sure you have a checkmark for “Animated materials”
I’m using v2021.1.7f1 and this option seems to have been replaced by Always Refresh. That was switched off for me and switching it on ended my shader lagging in Scene view.
However lagging still occurs while in Game view when the game is not playing.
But it is fine while playing so it is not a big deal.
