Shader Model 2.0 Question

Hi,

I’ve a simple shader, diffuse Texture Map combined with a cubemap ( via emission ), this works perfectly on shader model 3, but won’t work on shader model 2.0, would anyone have any ideas on why this won’t work or isn’t supported ?

The shader was created with strumpy shader editor if that helps.
