shader problem

my shader looks weird if i start the scene from the menu screen

but it will look fine if i start the scene where the shader is.

i cannot find a solution for this, i already tried different unity versions

remake the shader, remaking the post process. and nothing works

Editor has a bug with lighting if you auto-bake. Turn off auto-bake and bake your lights.
