Shader Syntax Problem

Hello, I created a new Shader and pasted this in and am getting a Syntax Error on line 16. I am completely new to Shaders.

The error is describing this line: Offset - 1, -1

There should not be a space between ‘-’ and ‘1’. It should look like this: Offset -1, -1
