ShaderGraph color parameter default value breaks Shader/Matrerial rendering

Shader breaks when created with ShaderGraph that is using a color parameter ( with mode = HDR) with default value with intensity over 23. Using 2020.3.18f1 (HDRP 10.6.0). I think it didn’t happened in 2020.3.16f1.
