Directional light is coming from the other side of the building.
I’m using Snaps Warehouse asset and all those walls that have different color than rest are separate prefabs.
I would expect that there’s some gradient in shade or similar transition.
It looks like the normal on these pieces could be wrong.
Go to Window > Render Pipeline > Render Pipeline debug
In the “Material” tab, for the GBuffer dropdown, pick “Normal WS”.
If those wall sections appear in totally different colors than the rest, then it’s a problem with the geometry. You can place a cube near the wall to have a reference point for how the color should look like.
Another thing, are you using lightmapping? you might want to clear the baked data, and adjust your baking settings potentially.
