shadow bake problem

i have a shadow bake problem, can anybody help me?

after i baked model with shadow ,shadow disappear,why?

i use terrain, and after set terrain static, began to bake, unity throws an error " Lightmapper needs both normals and tangents in Directional Lightmaps mode"

what i mainly want to do is make a single model with its shadow, then package it into unity resource file whitch i can use derectly in other sence
