Shadow trouble

Hi,
I’m using Shadow in unity3D and i have some trouble with my camera.
When i’m near the ground (which is an objet made with 3dsmax) i’ve got some blinking of big grey area like a shadow.

Anyone can explain me what’s happen ?

sounds like you potentially have 2 faces that are near identical and run into z fights

At the begining i thought it was a Z buffer trouble, but it seems that all my scene became grey (like a shadow blinking), first time i use shadow in unity, and it’s the first time i see this can of trouble in a 3D Software…

Any ideas?
