Shadows enabled shows up like a spotlight in game/editor

Hi,

Is anyone else having the same issue as me? My project was fine until I started using Unity version 2021.1.25f1

For some reason, when I have shadows enabled, it shows up on my character like a spotlight. The spotlight itself is showing the shadow distance. Any ideas why it’s deciding to show shadow distance as a spotlight above my character? I attached a pic for reference. That bright yellow spotlight around my character is what I’m referring to.

@Alexey any thoughts on this? Everything works fine from 2021.1.22 and down, but anything above .22, does this. Is there something I need to uncheck so it doesn’t show the shadow distance as a spot light?

I also saw a similar issue with the recent LTS 2020.3.21f, it looks like there is a regression.

What’s your realtime shadows strength? if it’s less than 1 try setting it to 1.

When you say “realtime shadows strength” what exactly are you referring to? Where can I find that? Is it within quality settings?

I wonder if anybody else has been have these issues
