Shadows in URP are too dark

I’ve just upgraded to URP for my mobile game and I’m loving the performance boost, but now the lighting in my scene looks terrible no matter what I do.

The shadows are incredibly dark and when I try to increase the ambient light to fix this the whole scene looks incredibly bright. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Environment settings are great


Real time shadow strength under the directional light and some post processing effects did the trick

I changed the light to real-time, changed the real-time option strength to 0.9, then turn it again to baked, and it works.
I’m now not sure if it’s really baked… probably not, since there are shadows that move… but the parameters work.

I think the problem is that Unity decides the shadows cannot be baked (as are projected from a non static object, or something like that) and the editor just allow you to set the option, hiding the real parameters affecting the shadows.
