Should I be concerned about "Unknown solution item type: {E0967FAD1-6243-4DAD-9C02-E9B9EFC3FFC1}"?

I’m using my laptop because I’m staying with my parents. Because of that, when I try to compile I received this new error that I’ve never seen before in MonoDevelop:
3371848--264371--Unity error on 1-28-2018.png

It tells me so much! “Why did my load fail?” I ask.
OH!!!
It failed because of an “Unknown solution item type: {E0967FAD1-6243-4DAD-9C02-E9B9EFC3FFC1}.” error.
It’s so descriptive!

.

Does any one here know what Unity/MonoDevelop is trying to tell me? I guess the more important question is “Do I have reason to worry?”. I most likely do have to worry because it’s also giving me a “X” next to the project name in the solution window. Because of that I don’t think I’ll proceed with using MonoDevelop on my laptop until this error is solved.

I guess I could go ahead and code my projects using Microsoft Visual Studio instead of MonoDevelop. This causes me to ask “Is there going to be anything wrong with that?”. I think that the only difference would be the cost. Is it?
