I am thinking about upgrading my RAM, but cant figure out if I should get 32 or 64gb.

Current Ram: Corsair Vengenece Pro RGB 16 (2x8gb)
PSU: MSI 550W 8-+ Bronze power
OS: Windows 11 Home 64bit
Directx: 12, but does almost same with 11
Extra Notes:
Max motherboard ram frequency: 2933mhz
Blue Screens: Often, especially when compiling, but low cpu usage
