Should I use Time.fixedDeltaTime in New input system (mobile touchscreen)

I searched for topics about using Time.fixedDeltaTime in new Input System. But all of them were about delta input with the mouse. However, I have a touchscreen delta. I want to know if I should use Time.fixedDeltaTime or not.

Movement in game right now looks perfectly fine.

playerHolder.transform.position = Vector3.Lerp(
    playerPosition ,
    targetPosition ,
    speed * Time.fixedDeltaTime
);

Should I use Time.fixedDeltaTime in the new Input System?
