Show in Explorer in Unity (Doesn't Work)

Guys can someone help me with this
when i try to open Folder in Unity Project Like:

  1. Right Click
  2. Show Explorer
  3. Normally they will open a folder from Unity Project but this time it doesn’t
    Anyone have a clue about this?
    I already try re-install and uninstall still not working.

Seems like no one has any solution, I have the same issue and I tried reinstalling software.

Reinstall Unity Hub, seems its a security problem
