Shuriken system useless, lacking options and poor.

It’s been a while that didn’t make a project that needed particle system, but when I finally did I was too eager to learn the new Shuriken just to realize that much of the functions I used to use are gone:
1- I can’t make particles rotate around a given local axis or even a world axis so I HAVE to write a tween script to rotate the whole system and make a custom Play function plus abstract all other functions to the new script…
2-So many useless modules like “over speed” modules.
3- No one shot option, for emission.
4- emission switch from continuous to one shot on its own upon exeecing a certain rate.
5-mesh shape’s function is radically different and unpredictable.
6-Less Control and Several missing features.
7-brief little modules with unoticable functions.
8-mesh emission’s shape emenates only from center to the center of surounding quads with no other options.
9-no vector3 or axis dependent options.
10-NO tanget velocity NOR randon tanget velocity knowing that its impossible to script randomness for a PS.
In short it’s just a trimmed down version of the old system with fancy gradient editor that’s all.
Anybody else has noticed this or is there something besides the 16 gimmicky modules in shuriken that I didn’t know about?

Have you read the documentation yet?

Unfortunatly yes, I unexpectedly read all there is to know about Shuriken in just three days, I was surprised how rudimentary the modules are: Vertex, Triangle and Edge options in the mesh shape emitter have all the same effect, No rotatio axis no external forces besides wind.
AND most workflow is now shifted out of theparticle system per se, like material editing and script animation. I cant make PS without mingling with C# code which defeats the purpose of a multi-funtion integratedparticle editor. the only improvement I see here is the Texture Sheet Animation module, the new Particle Effects and the Curve/Gradient Editor, but the Particle Dynamics and Emission departments are A DISASTER, even 3rd party solutions aren’t using it after almost two years.
Forgive me if I was a little bit harsh, but I just want the best for unity and for us to fully embrace and adopt Unity’s new toys, but if things continue as they are I’m obliged to linger behind with thr legacy system.
