Sign In error with Unity Hub


I can’t sign In Unity Hub in my company. When I sign in, it’s showing error “Something went wrong. Please sign in again”. Same for both Ubuntu and WIndows
Unity Hub manual guide configuring firewall like below. It seems to be set about firewall.

But the IP address of the site is not fixed. IP address is always changing. Can I know the band of that address?

I had this same problem. Ended up downloading Visual Studio and signing in through there first, then I returned to Unity Hub and it signed in immediately. Hope this helps.
