Signing in: Server currently unresponsive

I’m having trouble signing into my account via UnityHub (2.3.1.0) while behind a corporate proxy. If I try to, all I get is an error message: “Server currently unresponsive”. See attached screenshot and UnityHub logfile.

Environmental variables are set:
HTTP_PROXY=http://:
HTTPS_PROXY=http://:

Please advise.

Hello @EhmKannegieser ,
Did this only happen to you when upgrading to the 2.3.1 version of the hub? Can you please check if you have a certain firewall that is active or try with a different internet connection ?
It may be also the problem of your corporate proxy… check your strictSSL environment variable (may be set to true). If it didn’t work try these two troubleshooting ideas:

If you are still experiencing the same issue, please come back to us again… Thank you for your feedback.

Hi safaGH,
thanks for you reply. As I did not use UnityHub before, I can not say anything about earlier versions. But I can confirm, that I can sign in with my mobile phone connected via usb tethering.
I’ve asked the IT department about the proxy settings about strictSSL and will report back as soon as I get an answer.

Hi safaGH, I’ve double checked the proxy variables and found out, that the https_proxy was set to https://: instead http://:

As soon as I had changed it, logged off and on, I could sign into my account using UnityHub.
