Signup on DeltaDNA website isn't working

I am trying to sign up from https://www.deltadna.net/signup but I get an error 500 in the console. I have tried different browsers but I get the same error.

My goal is “optimize my ads with unity” as said this page https://unity.com/solutions/mobile-business/sdk-for-advertisers

This page suggests deltaDNA sdk integration to get more information in user acquisition. So my question is:
If I now integrate Unity Analytics Beta, will advertising campaign return more information that I would have had with DeltaDNA?

Hey @toto007 , thanks for the report about the broken sign-up. I tried it myself just now and it seemed to work okay.

As Jeff said above, the article there is a little out of date, and as such misleading.
The feature isn’t available (or especially worthwhile ) to users who aren’t surpassing a certain threshold of ads traffic in their games.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news on that front. My colleagues did ask me to thank you for finding the old article - we’re getting that updated to avoid further confusion.

In any case, it is not clear if I can use DeltaDna in the meantime (even though it has been shut down) or if I need to use Unity Analytic Beta to get more information about my ad campaign? And what is the amount of ad traffic for which I need to enable the feature to get more information about user acquisition?

Our marketing team wants to use the new features to enhance campaign information too and we have lots of users.
Has Unity merged this feature or we need to stick to the deltaDNA SDK for this campaign information?

It’s been quite misleading because we are not sure what SDK we need to implement in the end.
DeltaDNA/Unity Ads SDK or Unity Analytics?
We don’t monetize so it seems the answer should be DeltaDNA according to the (outdated) docs.

  • Unity Analytics package is not used for user acquisition;
  • DeltaDNA package is not used for user acquisition anymore;
  • For advertisers who want to run Audience PinPointer campaigns(Retention, IAP ROAS), can integrate UnityAds SDK in addition to the mandatory MMP solution for powering up campaign optimization:
    Use the Unity Ads SDK to pass post-install events

Currently no, the post-install events data collected by the UnityAds SDK is not available in Report Builder(customer report) yet.
MMP events can be checked in Report Builder.
