Hey everyone! I just recently went through my first asset pack I released and had to fully redo all the meshes and textures to make it more functional. ( I made it a bit over a year ago when I was still very new to Blender for design)
I wanted to share with you my project and update others on some of the major changes its underwent.
All meshes were redone and are much more optimal in terms of tricount and topology structure. Many had intersecting polygons before, which have all been repaired as of V2.0. A handful of prefabs were introduced. All textures were updated to use their UV maps more effectively and just in general, have higher quality textures. Fine adjustments were done to pivot points/ origins to make sure the modular parts snap together more smoothly. Overall, I am so happy with how it looks now compared to what it looked like before. I feel i’ve learned so much just in over a year and would love to hear feedback from others!
