Since you guys already have plastic, and the engine, why not just make an integrated solution?
Something like jira but integrated with Unity and Plastic would be useful to me since imo the jira integration is so lacking.

Can you please provide more details on what you are missing from it?
The integration isn’t as deep as like git.
The current setup doesn’t have this level of integration with tasks.
