Site problem: most of the links on the home page have disappeared

Here is what I see when I am on the home page:

If I want to see the links, I must click on the search icon on the top right, like this:

Is anybody reading the threads we create? The problem is still there!

I see. To get the links back I must downsize the page to 90%. Unacceptable.

Nobody responsible of the site is reading this, are they?
