Why can’t I see my skin mesh in the HDRP raytracing reflection? And how do I fix this?
Hi, as written in the documentation: Redirecting to latest version of com.unity.render-pipelines.high-definition deformer aren’t supported with DXR in 19.3
The support have been added in 2020.1
Thank you. So if I update, I can use skin mesh?
DXR use two AS. TLAS and BLAS. Deformable Geometry must be update BLAS. I think if you use DXR for skin geometries , you must be low poly skin geometry.

you must be low poly skin geometry.
[/quote]Instead of telling people have to do something, better explain why. Like you get poor perf on high poly or what’s the deal with that?
I didn’t notice anything odd on my brief test, skinned characters rendered just fine on reflections using HDRP 8 on 2020.1, it didn’t tank the perf of anything but didn’t do extensive testing.
Thanks guys, I just needed to update to 2020.1
