SkinnedMesh is rendered in the wrong pos and scale.

my character model consists of two meshes. the body mesh render correctly,but the head mesh looks wrong.I don't know how to debug with entities. Dose anyone know why or how to debug? thanks.

Windows - Analysis - Entity Debugger.
Find and click your character's entity, and its properties will show up in the inspector pane.
