Skinning problem?

Does anyone know how to fix it?
I did skinning in 3dsmax, there are no problem
But in Unity, mesh look like tearing

If you did not (or cannot) weld the vertexes that are overlapped, then you must be sure that they are tied to the same number of bones the same way. Unity can limit the bones used for each vertex to 1,2 or 4 depending on quality level. Look at your quality settings.
