Skybox is showing as a box

I have 6 textures for a skybox that and once imported into Unity3d I set the Wrap Mode of each one from Repeat to Clamp. Then I place them on a New Material and set it to RenderFX/Skybox. When I place this under the render settings in the skybox area it causes it to show up as a box in the scene.

I’m not sure whats happening, but try this way:

Click on your Main Camera—> Component---->Rendering----->Skybox and then just add the material you have to the component created.
