Skybox issue on Android

Hello,

I have a bit of a problem. This split screen is the reference.

The image above is an actual screenshot from the device below it,
is a picture of the device when your looking at it directly.

The hardware from these screenshots:

  • Cortex-A9 Dual 1.5GHz
  • 1GB DDR3
  • Android 4.0.4 (ICS)

There is a big difference on this device I’m not sure what’s causing it.
I don’t see this issue on a Galaxy S4.

I created the skybox using this method:

Select camera, then Component > Rendering > Skybox.

The material is Mobile/Skybox with an uncompressed image.

I suppose I could use a solid color to get rid of this problem, but I would
prefer using one of the default skyboxes.

Thanks happy new year!

Ok, here is the same scene using a solid color for a Skybox still having the same problem.

Again the image above is a screen capture from the device itself below, is how you see it.

Is this a hardware issue? Any ideas?

Camera → Background → Alpha → 255

Hope it works

Not sure if that was the problem…the 2nd image is a simple solid color still was not rendering properly.

Upgrade to Unity 4.3 did fix the problem.
