Skyrim-like camera/combat system?

Hello,
does anyone of you know a camera/combat system, that’s like in skyrim?

First I thought about Ultimate FPS Camera and add a third person function, but I can’t find any good third person camera system AND the melee function of UFPSC is still a prototype.
