Skyshop Image Based Lighting Problem

Hi guys i m facing strange problem using Marmoset Skyshop IBL plugin

Unity Version: 4.5 with Latest Skyshop tool

After Importing the Package it works fine, but as i save the project close the unity and re run it, There is no more Skyshop i need to Import it every time.
I even cut those .cs files but didn’t work i thought it could be the reason… Any idea what the problem is?
