Slow build times

Hello,

I am experiencing slow build times whenever I build for Android, iOS or other platform. When it switches to other platforms it reimports everything and this takes a lot of time. I normally go to Build settings and build for the platform i want target.

Is there something wrong I am doing? or is there a better way?

Maybe try unticking development build? And how big is the project?

Yes the development build is unticked and the project is about 660 mb uncompressed.
