Hi, everybody. Second question tonight, so sorry. I’m trying to set up a particle system for smoke that looks similar to how a pipe smoking does. Now, I can set up the particle system built in so that I get something like puff… puff… puff… shooting out one particle at a time a bit apart. But what I need is a continuous stream of smoke that doesn’t look like little balls coming out every five seconds. I could make my own texture, I suppose, but how do I solve the problem of it only emitting every so often?
Up the number of particles. Its the top group. You can alter the number of minimum and maximum. Make both higher and many more will shoot out in one instance than just a few. Then you can alter its force and make it kind of float outward as if it has reached the end of the pressure and its dissipating away.
