Purchase? Why purchase something you could easily make for free on your own?

Game Object >> Create Other >> Particle System

And then under the section titled Ellipsoid Particle Emitter, enter the following parameters:

Any parameters not specifically mentioned above should be left alone.

Viola! You now have your very own snow prefab, and it didn’t cost you a penny!
