So, whats up with the URP change log?

Forgive me if I am missing something, however if you go here - Changelog | Universal RP | 8.0.1

When viewing the change logs through different versions, several “fixes” etc. are repeated over and over.
For example, on the URP 8.0 change log there is the following -

“Fixed an issue where linear to sRGB conversion occurred twice on certain Android devices.”

However it seems this was “fixed” in 7.1.3.

This isn’t the only case at all, things like this are thoughout all the change logs.

So how are we supposed to know what has / hasn’t been fixed in new versions?

Going through the change log, there seems to be a whole bunch, most of the entries that I copy from the 8.0 change log are also part of older change logs.
