Causes the scene view to do bizarre things (see screen grab)

[SOLVED] So it turns out using Resources.FindObjectsOfTypeAll<Camera>(); and then messing about with ALL the cameras is a bad idea. A simple check for if(camera.name == "SceneCamera") continue; solved the problem.
