SOLVED: can't install latest build on ubuntu 15.10

when i try to install the latest build deb, the verification tab won’t open, so i cant install the software. But the cpu usage is 100% for 5, after that the my laptop is extremely slow untill restart.

my hardware
Ubuntu 15.10 64 bit
Hardware: hp 15-r063nd (dualcore i3-3217U 1.8ghz with hypertreading)(4GB ram)

after a few hours (excluding yesterday) of testing and whaiting, the verification tab opens and it is going to install. it takes a lot of loading time.
