Solved, object sometimes going through floor

I have a ball that bounces, until I lower the friction, then it goes straight through the floor… I can’t get the effect I need, because of this problem

Any ideas folks?

  • adjusting drag also causes it to go straight through the floor? what is going one here?

OK so the convex tick box option owas my problem…
