I can see older versions of Unity in the Hub, but can’t open any of the older versions (without launching an old file). Is there a way to create a fresh file in an older version—with or without the hub?
Unity Hub → Project tab → NEW drop-down arrow → Select version of Unity → Select Template → Name project and choose location → Create
