[Solved] Rig a single png sprite?

When using the new 2D animation, I can import a single png, create bones and meshes etc, but how do I get that into the scene? When I save the rig, the png file is still the same, there is no prefab like with the PSB importer that saves the bone information.

Am I missing something obvious or is it not possible?

Try adding your rigged png sprite to the scene and then adding the Sprite Skin component to it. Click on the Create Bones button and you should be see the bones.
