[SOLVED-sort of] why has unity remote buggered up on me?

hello all,

this is not a universal problem for everyone, i think. but my unity remote has completely buggered up for some strange reason.
yesterday is was fine, no problems. but today. when i play my game, it shows the remote screen upside down and none of my buttons work at all.
i have not done anything different to what was on yesterday. it just seems to be buggering up

ive checked some settings but have no idea why this is happening and cant.
i have also deleted remote and installed again to try, but the same thing happens

clicks from the mouse do work on the main unity window. but again, its just from the remote

hmmm. seemed to have fixed it by copying the project, bringing up the files of the copied project then pasting them into another project.
seems to have fixed it. but slightly weird
