SOLVED | Unity 5.x + Windows 10 | Empty error, Won't compile or go into play mode

Hey!

I just installed unity3D on my pc again. I did a little bit of work in a scene and tried to start it, but it didn’t work as expected.
It just crashed back into the editor with an empty error (just the red error sign), you can find the log in the attachment. I already tried to reinstall unity completely, but it didnt work. All of my other older projects have the same problem.
What can I do to make it work again?

EDIT: I can’t put new scripts on my objects.

EDIT2: Its since Unity 5.x and the solution is: Don’t run it in compatibility mode!
